Shirley Chen held a Master of International Business and studied Finance at Ivey Business School. Her experience advising Asian fashion designers and experience within the Commercial Banking team of TD and Standard Chartered Bank helps AVA strategize for growth within the industry.
Eric Chi
Partnership Manager
Eric Chi studied Business Administration and Medical Sciences at Richard Ivey School of Business of the University of Western Ontario. Previously held positions as a M&A Investment Banking Analyst at Oaklins Partners, Strategic Research Analyst at Liakada Capital, Summer Researcher at Taipei Medical University, and Research Assistant at Carleton University. Couples his passion for art and fashion and his expertise in international strategy development to produce impactful changes.
Amy Wu
Public Relations Manager
Currently studying in the Arts and Business program Majoring Fine Arts at the University of Waterloo. Amy is a part of SoFA (Society of Fine Arts, an association that helps the Fine Art students to get more involved in the art community). Experience as a curator for the Waterloo Region Museum and inventory assistant at Canada Computer. She likes to travel and experience the world through different perspectives. Amy hopes to take her passion for fine arts and expand it into the art industry.

Kevin Chi is studying Commerce with a specialization in Public Accounting at Rotman School of Management of the University of Toronto. Kevin has experience as an Accounting & Tax Intern at Sprackman Terrence LLP, People of Planet Earth, and as a Personal Investor. With a passion for creating meaningful differences, Kevin hopes to utilize his financial background and passion for fashion to establish advantageous relationships.
