Payment Processing

All payments are processed by payment processors Paypal and Shopify. Payment process may take approximately 1-3 business days. Customer purchases will be completed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). In the case of, international currencies usage, payments will be charged as determined by PayPal and the credit card agency. 

 

Shipping

Shipping fees are charged on top of product charge; unless otherwise indicated. Products will be shipped after payment has been processed. Payment processing usually takes 1-3 business days. Products will be shipped expedited with tracking numbers provided. 

Approximate Shipping times: Canada (2-3 business days), USA (3-5 business days), International (5-10 business days).

 

Returns

Returns can be filed within 30 days of order placement date. Reason must be provided and approved. Only items that are unused and unwashed can be returned. Refund will be provided within 3 business days after receipt of return. Shipping for returned item will not be refunded.

 

Tax & Duties

Taxes will be charged as per customer's shipping location within Canada. Taxes and duties levied on purchases outside of Canada will be charged to the customer upon receipt of item.
